Arrival and departure:
What time is check-in?
Standard check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
Early check-in may be requested in advance.
However, due to operational constraints, confirmation can only be provided on the day of arrival and is subject to availability.
Check-in is guaranteed until 10:00 PM. Late check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight can be arranged upon request.
The request must be made no later than the day before arrival.
Late check-in is subject to a supplement of €40.
What time is check-out?
Standard check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Late check-out may be requested in advance. Confirmation is subject to availability.
How does the arrival process work?
Our serviced apartments in Luxembourg do not have a permanent reception desk.
To ensure a smooth arrival:
- Please inform us of your estimated arrival time.
- Contact us approximately 30 minutes before your effective arrival.
Our team will then organize your welcome and the handover of the keys.
Can I arrive late in the evening?
Yes, late arrivals are possible upon request.

Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Is housekeeping included?
A full cleaning is performed before your arrival.
For extended stays, additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request.
These services may be subject to an additional fee depending on the frequency requested.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. All apartments include fresh bed linen and towels upon arrival.
How do the radiators work?
Each radiator is equipped with a control handle (thermostatic valve) that allows you to adjust the temperature.
- When the handle is set to 0, the radiator is turned off.
- When set to 5, the radiator operates at its maximum heat output.
Intermediate settings allow you to regulate the temperature according to your comfort.
Please note that radiators may take a little time to warm up — thank you for allowing them time to reach the desired temperature.

Some apartments have a private parking space, while others do not. When available, a parking space is offered at an additional cost of € 15 per night. Several public parking facilities in Luxembourg City are located close to our residences.
